Dr. Stephanie G. Jackson is an educational leader with a proven track record of raising student achievement and improving systems in the most challenging learning environments. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida, she brings over a decade of hands-on experience spanning elementary turnarounds, state-level reading initiatives, and high school administration.

As a principal, Dr. Jackson transformed underperforming schools into high-achieving institutions. As a Regional Reading Coordinator for the Florida Department of Education, she co-led the strategic improvement of Duval County's lowest-performing secondary schools — helping three high schools exit state oversight. Her research on culturally responsive teaching and professional development school partnerships has been presented nationally and published in peer-reviewed academic literature.
